Good evening Popcorn Chairs! 

1. Sale is in full swing! The 2023 Popcorn sale is underway! Scouts across the Northern Star Scouting service area have started their journey to earn their way for their Scouting adventures! Make sure all of your Scouts have the Trail’s End App and are ready to go!
2. Popcorn Weather report for the weekend of 9/29-10/1. Eagle Scout Ben Dery shares his first Popcorn weather report for each weekend of
   the sale. See this week’s forecast at https://fb.watch/nlUpZqqzvt/. Pass this onto your Scouts, it’s a great way to help them plan their weekend of sales.
3. Need Materials? Need more sales guides or laminated sheets? All three Scout Shops (Mounds View, Base Camp and Plymouth) have supplies of them. Pick them up during business hours.
4. Popcorn reorders are live!   Need more popcorn? Check out the reorder process info sheet that was attached to your 9-21 email, or find it here.
5. Have questions? Need help? Confused? No problem. Each Sunday night of the sale, members of our volunteer popcorn committee will be available during a live zoom call to answer your questions. Every Sunday between 7pm-9pm. This week visit the link below to ask questions or get help!

6. Have Damaged Product?  Have a damaged popcorn bag or container that was damaged out of the case? Report it at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/damaged2023 We update damaged popcorn to invoices once a week. 
7. Early Returns  Believe it or not, the half way point of the sale is fast approaching. Early returns will
   be Sunday October 8 and Monday Oct 9. See attachment for details.
